One of the most classic and ever present trends is the nautical look – its clean, polished, elegant and and overall effortless classic. I recently did a post on stripes and thought I needed to follow it up with a nod to nautical accessories. There are just so many beautiful options out there that can add that extra bit of something special to your look. Nautical accessories don’t have to be all anchors and rope – the sailor vibe can be accomplished with something striped or a simple as anything red, white and/or blue color. The look feels fresh, yet safe and easy to wear. Nautical accessories will always be in vogue because by their very simplicity are definitively chic. Of course, for our little ones, nautical accessories just give their look that preppy polish that’s so incredibly cute and perfect for the spring time ahead. I can never get enough of babies and kids in a nautical look – its sweet, innocent and equally cute for little boys and girls.
