As you may have noticed, I like orange. I always like a pop of color – but orange is so special because its a statement but it doesn’t have the girly-ness of pink or the look at me of red – its a unisex color with a bit of an edge. Its vibrant and modern and it just makes me smile. Its just great contrasting color to pair with shades of white, denim, or even color blocked with colors like pink and purple. I’m not talking about an orange overhaul – it might be a pop of orange print, and orange bag or just an orange lipstick… It brings light to the face because it has such warm undertones and I absolutely love dressing Max in orange. The beauty of orange is its also unisex – so when we were decorating his nursery and even when I’m shopping for his clothes I know orange will go a lot further (if we happened to ever have a girl).
