MOMMA NEEDS… warm winter jeans

I, like many of you, live in my denim – so when the cold weather hits I make a switch from my lighter weight ones to my warmer winter jeans.  What are winter jeans?  It’s thicker, heavier – just as chic and occasional even made in velvet and corduroy versions because, let’s face it, jeans are about a cut and a lifestyle more than a specific fabric.  I might still wear my distressed denim and boyfriend jeans but I will also consider patching those holes for that same great worn look but without the ventilation .  Winter jeans are my friend, my partner come fall, and the cold weather alternative to everything from shorts to skirts for  casual comfortable every day bottoms.  They are essential.  Check out some of my favorite winter jeans and pack up your light weight versions for a couple of months….
