MOMMAS UNDER $100… fall fashion for less

Yup, that’s a fake million dollar bill there max, but you don’t need millions to look fabulous because there’s so much amazing fall fashion for under $100!

The weather outside is cooling down and the layers keep coming and price tags add up so finding fall fashion for less is crucial for looking great, keeping warm and staying on budget! Winter clothes and accessories can get pricey – you need more of and they need to be thicker and cover more of you so naturally they’re going to cost more… Boots are more expensive than sandals and coats have a heftier price tag than, well, not wearing one. Great fall fashion for less is out there and while it is quite difficult to find a quality winter coat for under $100 the layers that go underneath are plentiful and fabulous. Knee high boots are a classic in the footwear world – they are versatile, sophisticated yet cool and a must have for fall. Pair them with skirts and tights or over your favorite skinny jeans or leggings and they inject instant style to your look. Perfect for the office, a walk in the park or an evening out – knee high boots will take you everywhere you want to go this season. MOMMA LOVES… over the knee boots – super sexy style!

A great pair of over the knee boots (like these Alexander McQueens) are perfect for fall!

Navigating your little ones and their toys can be a bit challenging…

But there are flat options that are more practical and you can save the high heeled versions for date night…

The weather is still warm so it’s hard to believe that fall is around the corner but get ready because over the knee boots will keep you warm, sexy and in style when the cool weather hits! These boots are not for the faint of heart, they are thigh high and incredibly confident. Whether you go for a super high heel or a more conservative flat and whether you go for a boot that’s thigh high or just over the knee is clearly up to the individual, but regardless – these boots are hot hot hot! The key to pulling off over the knee boots stylishly rather than Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman is all in how you pair and wear them. Do NOT put them with a micro mini unless you are a pop star performing at the MTV Movie Awards. The way to wear fall’s hot over the knee boots is to wear them over your favorite skinny jeans, leggings, jeggings or under a sexy yet sleek pencil skirt. If you do wear them with a shorter skirt, make sure that the boots are just over the knee and the skirt hem is only an inch or 2 above that, wearing them with tights also helps to tone down the sex appeal and make it more high fashion. MOMMA KNOWS… slides are hot right now

That’s right, I said it, slides are hot – super hot right now. Slides are those super simple flat shoes that you basically just slide on – think the birkenstock and the many variations you are seeing everywhere. While they may not be my personal style, they are HUGE and a major footwear trend right now. As I cringe inside a little I know there are many many who are so excited to bring out their slides or getting ready to invest in one of the hot new reinvented versions of the old faithful.
